Hello,
I am about to start my Aleph 5 project. But about the transformer, I can find a ready-made 25-0, 25-0 350VA trans. Is that good for Aleph 5 (one channel)? If I calculate 25 x 1.25 = 31.25V on rail Will this degrade the sound performance? Or better to order a 28-0, 28-0 ones? Please help! Thanks Guys! Jesse |

When you´re finished with your Aleph have a listen to "Jesse" from Mother Earth. One of my favourite songs.

Mother Earth have got 2 great albums at the Acid Jazz label.
The first album "people tree" is a bit more acid jazz and the second "you´ve been watching" more like rock. Very well played instruments, love the vocals and great lyrics too. "Jesse" is a ballad from their first album "people tree". I know the quality is bad and it wouldn´t reflect the great song but have a listen at Amazon Cheers Jens |

Thanks, Roddyama!
I feel comfortable about the 2 x 25-0 /350VA thans for a mono Aleph 5 now. Hello Joesnd, I'll check the local CD shops see if I can get one. Thanks! Greetings, Jesse |
