Default F-5, Mosfet and jfet availlability.

Hi guys. Looking for the parts to start my build and have
problems finding the input and output devices...

Of course, would like to go top quality (Toshiba)?, but
most of the numbers i found here are NA / obsolete.
I am in Canada but, looked at Mouser and Digikey.
Thanks, again for your help guys!!!,

Pierre

2SK170 and 2SJ74 are not available through mouser and digikey. There are a couple group buy threads selling matched pairs though. There is also eBay, but source may be questionable. IRFP240 and IRFP9240 are available through mouser, just do a quick search.

Where are you from btw? I've been organizing my BOM for a bit now and I'm just getting ready to order in jan after my surgery.

I purchased everything in a single kit from Jack Walton's online store. Great service and prices. I have no affiliation with Mr Walton or his business.

The easiest thing is to order it from TechDIY -- many of us have used him, and with very good results. He has full kits and individual pieces.
