Default Aleph P input attenuator

Question :

The four switches in the Aleph P schematic are used for adjusting the input levels.
When sw 1.1 and 1.4 (just one input) are open, i get -3dB ( 20log(22100/32100).
With sw 1.1 open and 1.4 closed i get -13 dB (20log(2886/12886)

But these are not the values which Nelson notes in the Aleph P service manual.

What am i doing wrong ???
Or am i missing some other resistors that should be included in the calculation ?

ps : i want to learn more about this because i want to be able to calculate input and output levels, like in the P and BoSoZ
