Good evening all,
I made a stupid mistake while changing to new rectifier:I reversed the voltage coming from supply.the fuse was blowing.Ater that one chanell is stil working like he should, but the other doesnt sing anymore.I messured some voltages, started with q5.unregulated voltage in at the drain is fine-around 49v,but then nothing on gate and source.I changed Q5... same as before.i moved of d1... same as b. Anyone, would be so kind and give me a direction to proceed? Thanks in advance. small children around, so time is like gold... |

You probably destroyed Z1-Z5 and maybe D1. Measure the voltage at the junction of Z1 D1 R17 R18 C9 - it should be some 46V. If it's not, replace Z1-Z5 and D1. If you still do not have about 46V there, then C9 may be damaged.

Thank you
it is like this, there is 0v at the junction of D1Z1R17...ok And i will not have time untill tomorow to change something... BTW-wouldn't it be an Idea to collect all the hints in a "Repairguide"? have a nice time |
