Since Antek is temporarily out of business because of a fire I've looked elsewhere for a toroid for the 193V SIT and this is what I've found. SumR - Richard Sumner Technology has quoted me the following.

Single Primary 117V 60Hz
Four Secondaries
Two @ 15VAC 2A
Two @ 18VAC 8A
Total: 350VA.

With core band and mounting hardware:
Price Cdn $ 105/e.

Double what some Anteks cost but exactly you need for Micheal's circuit.

Regards,
Dan

much obliged Mr. MR

I'm primary interested in that because I want to alter some values in one sch, for Generg's 2SK iteration

Yeah, saw the Raspberry Pi music server. Neat. I just built a much larger Windows music server for over $700.

I friend is experimenting with the Pi and it sounds better than MS Windows or Mac.

Less going on, I guess.

I agree. It is interesting, though and for spare change your up and running!

I think the secret is in the smallest version of Linux, everything turned off except music player, USB and network; video off, control through iPad/iPod on network. Load song in memory before you start playing, etc.

It really sounds good.
