I have a Threshold SA/3.9e in my home, and i have to decide today if im buying it or return it to the seller.
As far as i can tell, the unit sounds very good, and for me, it deserves the money asked by the seller. The problem is that the Power on/off switch is loose & also, in the back of the unit, the place where u insert the power cord, is very loose (i can pull one side of it a whole centimeter out). my questions are: 1. do i need to buy a new on/off switch or just open the case and screw some bolt inside? 2. do i need to buy a new box for the power cord inlet or just open the case and screw some bolt inside? 3. if i need to buy one or two of these devices (power switch & power cord inlet box), where can i find it in the internet? 4. how complex are those two maintainence operations? 5. your opinion: do i need to be worry enough as to break the deal because of those issues? ill appreciate it. if u would answar today, because i must decide today, if im buying it. thanks |
