I could be wrong, but the simplicity of the amps from the pics is as amazing as anything. Compare it to XA.5 stuff. Wow!

observe closer - main boards are in 2 floors

dunno what's exactly on none of them

OK - I'm having some ideas , but that's covering maybe 20% of real circuit

edit : just remembering mentioning of those "modulated cascodes" makes me feel a little hysteric

I have a feeling that I'm on inch of grasping that thing ( mod. casc.) but it didn't snapped , yet .

it is certainly in front of our noses , all the time ........ I'm just missing few critical Lego's

I knew I should have gone to SR in person, duct tape that guy, and feather tickle the universe out of him.

Typical, not the simplest task can be delegated to staff personnel, you have to do everything yourself.

(Ouch, that's one hefty looking preamp, and some lytic assembly in the PS)

Yes, Wayne often has to debug my artwork.

We have long had a friendly competition - he lets the software debug his
art, and I insist on doing it manually (too lazy to learn software).

For a while, we were on par with error counts. Now he is winning. I think
he is secretly checking the work manually also.
