Experience with Yorkville EF500p Power MOSFET amps?

Hello All,

Who has service experience with the Yorkville EF508p active speakers? They use MOSFETs for the LF and HF amps. Power is OK, but blows main fuse that fast, so its hard to service. Suggestions?

Looking at buying a MOSFET tester but few available it seems.

Blowing the mains fuse is usually something catastrophic.
Transformer shorted, rectifier shorted, smoothing capacitor shorted or output mosfets shorted.
