I'm seeking critique on the attached circuit, anything from "you're using the wrong pot" to "that will blow up".
I'm trying to incorporate the work of Curl and Borbely on JFET followers to the Xenover style Active XO. The "Box"es I have in the circuit will be jumpers that allow 1st and 2nd order choices. I went with the 2SK170 and 2SJ74 choice after reading Borbely's article on JFET Frontiers (attached). Will this work well? Any improvements? Thanks |

It will work fine. Any improvements are pretty trivial.

Thanks. I'll see you in a week at Burning Amp! It's my first time.
I'm attaching a ExpressPCB file of the circuit. Note, I have not tested this layout yet. Last edited by NYCOne; 25th September 2011 at 03:27 AM. |
