On the Aleph 3 and 4 the base of ZTX450/MPSA18 is connected to the R26/R113 (bias setting resistor) and C6/C103 220F caps....But according to the Aleph 5 schemaic it isnt?...(also Mark finnis layout is made out that way).....

Is this wrong or am i just to tired (its 3AM here..)

Call it an ambiguity.
Using the Aleph 5 nomenclature:
There is a node that includes the base of the MPSA18/ZTX450, R19, R20, and C10.
