Has anyone tried a low input capacitance MOSFET in a line stage preamp

How would a BS170 or SD210DE work as a line stage amp? Both devices are much lower capacitance than the IRF610 in BOZ.

Myself, I occasionally use Zetex ZVN3310 and ZVP3310,
both of which are low capacitance, and they work well, but
don't have anywhere near the low noise figure of something
like the JFETs 2SK170 and 2SJ74.

We use a Calogic 3N190, which is a dual P-channel device. It has its limitations (for example it's a 40 volt device) but its C_iss is a mere 4pF.
