I have built BOZ and Zen, now I want to upgrade to Zen V4, does anybody has the single sided PCB layout which has no input buffer part and without regulated power supply. I mean I only need the PCB layout for Alpha current source. Thanks for any help!!! I appreciate.

The aleph current source is a simple construction. In my opinion, we could make it by p2p or by using a breadboard.

I did update my original Zen to Z4 by only adding the input transistor and changing some resistor for the correct bias of the output transistor. Left the power supply as on Z2 (pi filter).
Adding the front end was easy with some small standard PC boards bought on RS. here is a pic showing both small cards on top of the other components, the light brown ones. Thought this might help. Sorry to big a file, will try later... |
