I am from Germany and looking for the mosfets ixys ixth6n50d2.
Whant to bild the de luxe di lite.
I can,t find them in germany.

So please help me.

I no longer stock these.
The interest in them waned some time ago.

Digikey carries them no in small quantities.

It's a great starter amp.
You can build it with a IRFp240 and R100 SemiSouth as an upgrade.
It has turn on pop, only downside in my book.
The IXYS parts do sound really good. The Power Jfets a little better. More like the 45.
