Are there any parts kits available? Tech DIY no longer carries them. I could order from Mouser/Digikey, but I guess the matched Qs are most important.

You can buy a full set of transistors from Hannes, username h_a . Send a PM, I'm sure he can help.

Hi,

I visited the Tech-DIY website, I left 2 messages at the sales desk inquiry about the Toshiba matched Mosfet. So I have not received any response.

Can someone give me an alternative email address? Thanks.

I don't think Jack has F5 kits anymore... However it's still worth asking.

Hang on for a few days, he is very slow to respond to Email.

Did someone purchased Toshiba mosfet from Tech DIY
I don't know how to contact with them to ask about the mosfet originality.
So many fake mosfet out there, read even Pacific semiconductor (large distributor)Toshiba mosfet sold fake mosfets
Any advise welcome
Greetings
