I have built and been enjoying my F4 for a couple weeks now.
I have made one significant modification...I deployed the use of a BA-1/2 front end integrated into the F4 chassis. The F4 is otherwise stock. I have been wrapping my head around balanced versus unbalanced... I have a crazy question... Would Digi's module here BALANCE LINE DRIVER be of any use in my implementation? Right now I go from analog un balanced signal from DTV box (radio channels) or ipod to an aikido preamp to the F4 [BA front end to stock F4]. Would the balanaced line driver before the BA front end which would then utilize the balanced inputs really yield me anything? |

naah
it's redundant what's count is natural balanced between stages in your case - I presume Aikido isn't balanced , so no need for additional complication
