Hi, I am in the progress of building Alpeh 30 and 2x F4, and am sharing my build progress experience at my blog: DIY Audio Blog. Hope people find it helpful. Especially with the F4 build, where the threads are quite long, I hope to distill the key information to aid in the new builder.

Nice page, well done. What are you going to be driving with the F4's?

Thanks. I was going to take the example in the service manual and mate it with a flea power tube amp. I have been trying to build a DRD with 45 tubes, which produces around 1 to 2 W of power. And since I am building 2 of the F4, I can use a passive cross-over between the DRD and the F4 for both the HF and LF. This I think will allow me to experiment with so many different drivers. But the Aleph 30 build should be finished first, and I plan to mate that with the Jordan JX92s and Eminence Alpha 15A open baffle as per MJK's design.
