Those JBL sounded really good even in the original form. I still hear that cello you played from record player. Just stunning. I could imagine what is going on right now with that new amp, but I doubt anything could topple that experimental monster.

But they are still undergoing major circuit revisions.

I'll likely keep this one pair as is.

Hi,

Considering that by your standards that counts as a smallish OB , and there is no 15" or even 12" woofer, I wonder if one can expect any bass at all...

Let me guess: SEAS gets driven by SIT current amp, sans feedback of course...

The bass is quite good. The SEAS FR is among the few that deliver good
bottom end without help in an OB.
