The question is: it's possible for to avoid mismatching between output devices to use only N type mosfet in Zen5?

It is possible, but you must use a three devices. Two for egzample N types high power, and one P type low power. Sorry, but I don't know how to place an image into this forum. You could look at LM3886 output stage or on Douglas Self Audio Page as complex emitter follower. It's a popular solution.

But in this manner the circuit is less simple and distortion is not the same, actually the amp is not the same, there is no other way?

It's possible to use it as a follower in a two stages amp with a BoSoZ to drive it

Yes.
BOSOZ will need it's own independent split power supply for best results. Actually, it is possible to derive the split supplies from the floating supplies but it limits the voltage swing to 1/2 the total supply (Or at least that's been my experience so far) So, I would give the BOSOZ stage it's own split supply. BOSOZ will benefit from the higher rails anyway. ![]() I'm working on a two-stage version that won't need a second power supply, but it may be a while. P.S. I think you could also accomplish a single stage, all N-channel push-pull Zen with an SRPP type circuit. |

I was looking exactly for a follower push-pull stage to bias in A_AB class

I would love to build some Zen's variation with qusi complementary gain stage.
