My further experiences with full range loudspeakers and OBs with Pass amplifiers
Of course, only if it is in someone's care. Otherwise I will not tiring myself, (and others) to terrorizing the English language. (possibly even bombarded at me.) After all, I would deserve it, although I'm not as ugly as Osama, but while I'm more evil than he is ever be. Wacky

All right.
This is one more interested than I expected. But look at me for my dumbness. And the fact that I'm not as quick as lightning in the summer.

I'm curious too. Thinking of moving from back loaded horns to OBs

Thank you for your interest.
I'll try to gather my thoughts. But I beseech you to understand, it's hard for me to go even Hungarian. Because I'm dumb.

I try to first give you a little historical review. I, like many ones in our country (and around the world) the construction began with QUAD405, some thirty years ago.
I do not know that I made, how they relate to the original. But I remember him these criticisms: It sounds good, so good loud. Thereafter for a long time not really experimented with anything like this. Sometime after a Velleman K4040 was the big push. Until sometime around 2000 I found this: Internode :: Residential :: Tech Space :: Personal Webspace In fact, thanks to Mark, now that I'm here. He showed me that all these can be done. This has led to this point: My good old-new Aleph Then, the infection is completely escalated me. I do not know whether I was somewhat understandable so far?

Forgive me.
I did not want to commit this mistake. So this is the right link: Mark Finnis' Pass Amplifiers

Hi Gyuri,
You are bit slow in your description, I am very interested in your experiences. May be you read it, I just use the Jon ver Halen TOA (tiny open baffle alnico) with different First Watt amps. But my crossover is passive. Tomorrow I will try to compare just for fun one speaker biamped with the passive elements to get an impression what I may win in sound by going aktiv. Jon highly recommended me the Duelunds as a bypass for the passive solution, but they are expensive. Active solution could be cheaper.....For me nearly all parts lying around. What a pity that Nelsons open baffle story got a "War and Peace" oeuvre, it took Tolstoi about 6 years and he even produced two versions.....
