Marriage from "ZEN" - and ordinary class AB topology about HCA - why not realized ??
Amazing for me is, that nobody else have realized the HCA idea from Yamaha: advantages from both topologies: perfect sound quality from class-A and good efficiency from class-B.
With help of the MX-10000 schematics this cannot be a serious difficulty - go to

I would prefer for the correction amplifier the "easy to build" single ended ZEN topology, downscale for the lowest possible voltage supply. And for the class AB part ordinary push pull topologies according the wanted output power.

happy new year!
The main reason therefore is probably follow:
Nobody knows how good it sounds.
There doesn't seem a lot of interest in even discussing it...
