Pre amp for Aleph J-X

I will be building Aleph J-X mono blocks and will need to change or mod my exixting pre.
My system consists of the HPS 5.1 phono stage and the "lighter note" pre currently.
Is the a mod i could make to the passive pre or is it just as easy to start from scratch.

I would prefer suggestions with available PCB's as I have alot on the go ATM.

I dont need balanced, it would be a shame to not use half the compponents, any other ideas, keep em comin!

I use the simple j310 jfet pre with a salas shunt power supply replacing the cap multiplier .I use it with the aleph J and the lightspeed clone .

if anyone is thinking about using any X amp to full potential , feeding it with balanced signal is a must ;

what will feed it , that's another issue ; there are numerous balanced DACs able to work alone and , if not , numerous balanced preamps .

Thanks guys, I will still build the Pumpkin. For now I am using my DIY slate TT and the HPS 5.1
