Hi I ahve a situation where I use Vishay IRFP240 nad with VDS=24V and VGS 3.8V i GET 1,4 AMPERES. The datashheet shows tha I need 4.8v for 1.4 amperes. In a same circuit that I use IR mosfets I need 4.87 VGS for 1. 3 ampere. Is this is normal? Are the mosfets fake Is anything else wrong?

The datasheet shows typical values. There can be a big variation from device to device.

No, they will be fine. They must match if you are paralleling them.

Yes they was fine. Because I used to use a lot irf240 I knew the voltage I needed. So it was starnge to me taken these new devices that they neede only 3.8 vgs for 1.4 amps. Anyway everything is fine. Thnks for the replies
