citation 12 irf 130

Can you change irf 130 for irf 240 on citation 12 original article.?
What I have to do in the schematic.
I am having problem getting the irf 130 her in mi country.

Sure you can! I used IRF3205 in my build, worked just fine. Though lateral mosfets may be better than hexfets.

Laterals will have less bias drift with temp, but generally
more distortion (lower transconductance).

Either is worth a try.

I am trying laterals, ordered a few from those class-d.com doodz making those class b modules.

At 3GBP a piece their among the cheapest laterals on the market.

I'm also planning to add current sources to the input and VAS stage, but more of that in my thread.

My laterals arrived today!! I wonder why they have switchecd places on Drain and Source as compared to any other mosfet like IRFP450 and such.

Different physical structure of the chip make the case want
to be the Source.

highest level p-spice parameter highly appreciated

I used IRFP450 in my citation 12 which worked beautifully, i used 560ohm gate resistors, with the laterals i haad to increase the gate resistors to 2.2k to get rid of the oscillation.
