I think the speaker polarity is not of much concern.
Given the fact that F2 is common source, to me it is inverting. http://www.passdiy.com/pdf/mos.pdf So........yep.

By that argument, regular amplifiers usually phase invert
several times.  If you treat the red output terminal as + and the black output terminal as - then the signal to the speaker is in phase with the input. |

is ground.
