Aleph 5 schematic Q

I just need a little conformation. I'm wandering of the connection of the 220uF capacitor that is a part of the current sensing for the active current source labeled C10 on A5 schematic in the service manual. Considering the way the schematic is drawn it looks as C10 is not connected to the base of the Q5. Now, I've browsed the other Alephs's manuals and saw a different situation (yes, I browsed Kristian's site too) and just want to be sure. So, connected to or not connected to - that is the Q.
