Default DC Couple X150.5?

I have a Pass X150.5, and love it. But I do wonder if it might sound better without what appear to be DC blocking caps at the input (4 smallish film caps). My preamps and sources all have DC offsets in the single digits of mV, so I would presume that removing these input caps would have no ill effects, and could only improve the sound of the amp.
I understand I am taking a risk in doing this if something goes wrong with my source components, but I check for DC occasionally, and am pretty confident I would know if something is going bad.
Is there anything I am overlooking in thinking that removing/bypassing these caps would be good idea?

If you own the product, you can experiment as you like,
but you will know better than to complain about the result.

Default Hi Mr. Pass

Thank you for your (cryptic) comment. I certainly would not go crying to Pass Labs about fried speakers if I removed DC protection from the amp-but I wonder if you were suggesting something else?
Perhaps that amp may sound better with the input caps in place, or perhaps removing them would make the amp sound different (but not neccessarily better)?
I would love to hear from anyone who may have experimented with direct coupling X.5 series amps.
