Too many amps already. This piece replaced all of my other high powered amps including custom transistor-based designs to custom EL84 tube with a directly heated triode driver. Built for me by a good friend of mine, Carpenter. I'm not sure of the exact topology but it borrows a lot from Papa's designs and others. Output is 2wpc yet power draw is 275w. 2-stage differential input, choke-loaded JFET output pp. It drives Dave Merrill's 92db 5-inchers in mid-sized Onkens very well.
