hi there,
While enjoying The Zen Variations - Part 2 I stumbled into the paragraph where Papa says : Since about half the output power gets dissipated in the constant current source I wonder if it makes sense to replace it with a - preferably resonant - bucket switcher ? Searching this forum for switched current source gave no joy which makes me wonder, could this work or does it just sound so horrible no one even bothered to give it a try ?
