hi guys
i,m running an aleph 2 at the moment using kkk pcb and its running great but runs very hot at 60 to 65 degrees i,m not really using all its power so im wondering what i could do to convert it to an aleph j which would suit the heatsinks i have better and from what i have heard be a step up in sound as well please correct me on the following 1 get a new traffo that is 2x 18v 2 change source resistors ??? 3 modify the driver boards to the jfet input after this i will have a aleph j but it will use my output boards that are 12x irfp240 each mono block so 24x irfp240 for a stereo amp will this work ,can i run this on the aleph j voltage but still use the aleph 2 output devices |
