IRFP240 from eBay - real or fake?

I saw some IRFP240 on eBay from Hong Kong. Any experience with any of these?

eBay.be: 10PCS, IRFP240 N-CHANNEL Mosfet Transistor TO-247 (objet 170477559163 Fin: 25-mai-10 10:08:04 CEST)

A very common MOSFET so most likely they are the real thing. They can be found cheaper though.

I would try a local parts shop first. Since it so common they're bound to have them. If that fails you could try hifituning24.de

Why bother if you're in doubt. From the US if its possible to have delivery
to Belgium you can get gazillions from Mouser or Digikey and you won't
have to wonder if they're genuine parts or not.

Yes Jackinnj showed real one. There is also good ones with VISHAY logo.

Rs-components sells them for 3.6eur, not matched. So, i need to buy at least 20 to match 8, I guess. That's why I am looking for alternatives
