Looks like the N-ch 2sk174BL will be available at Mouser in a few months. Maybe the the 2sj74 sometime after??

You mean 2SK170? In the interim, you can use BF862 -- it's SOT23 but has noise stats like the 170, higher transconductance, higher Idss and (I think I'm reading this correctly) lower Ciss.
