You are cloning Rev. 0&1. It is similar to the Aleph-preamp-series.
Rev. 2&3 uses the UGS-module.
Forget cloning and try to buy a second-hand X1, if you want to save money.

I agree with your fun. But you should try to get the best-sounding solution for you. And this is the "UGS-version", which sounds more dynamic compared to the "Aleph-version", imho.
Or: do you think that Pass Labs has changed from the Aleph-series to the UGS/X-series only for commercial reasons?

There is no more schematic from Pass Labs. X2 will be enough for me. What about
FQP4N20 or IRF610?

Then I suggest you Zen Mode´s Pumpkin PreAmp, which is similar in some way to the X0.2. Zen Mode also offers serveral kits to overcome any parts problem:
