I left R-19 completely out of mine so the bias is wide open. I would reccommend a spot for it though...... Personally, I'd like to see space and pads for a 10 turn pot in there instead of just two simple pads for R-19......... No one has done that as of yet on any of the board orders done here.

Default a little pic

This is what i have in mind for the cooling... 1 meter of the profile (for 4 monoblocks) cost about €100. I'm going to run bi-amp

I'm looking for caps now.. can this be someting? Serie 154, 22.000µ/63V, and how many would i need per aleph??

I'm going for the pot-mod, ordered 25 turn 200K

Jay V,
If you just turn the heatsink around so that the hollow area is upside down then you can have all of the parts on the same side of the PCB!! The metal sink would also act as a shield. That would make assembling the boards alot easier, and also cheaper to have made as well.

Those are nice! I would use 4 per channel and fit a 2mH coil in between

Jay V.,
It looks like the hollowed out area is much more then what you said. Of course you would have to drill some blind holes near where the water circulates through. However, careful drilling and tapping would easily allow that to be done and the water would literally be right where the metal part of the transistir is at......

Looks to me like you'd end up with an 3/4 inch or more of of space in there. Easily enough to accomodate everything. You might want to use AXIAL 220 mfd caps though..... Radial type, depending on brand used, may not clear the heat sink.
