Default SPICE model for Lovoltech LD1107N

Hi all

I have asked this question in the middle of a previous thread, but now I'm gonna give it a thread of its own:

Does anyone have a SPICE model for the late Lovoltech LD1107N Power JFET?

Thanks,
Niels

As I said, it may be possible to search and find out who I may have sent models to, to recover the ones I had. I did that. and PM'ed him. We'll see??? I could only identify one member however, but I know there were several...

Okay, thank you very much for your help:-D

Are those models the ones you modified yourself from other Lovoltech JFETs? I'm new to spice model editing, and I haven't tried to do it, since I have no clue how to obtain some of the specs. (e.g. lambda).

The models I had, I received thru e-mail from The president of Qspeed(A.K.A. Lovoltech). They were in a ziped file which I beleive had all of their pwr JFET device models. I don't have the version that I mod'ed anymore either.
I expect if we keep this thread alive someone who has the models I supplied will step up. I might blindly ask a few that I think I think I sent them to
We are talking about events from 3-4 years ago I beleive. Sometimes I have trouble with yesterday
