We serviced a pair recently. They were from the first run,
and as I recall, the owner wanted the "bias stand-by"
circuit eviscerated. Similar request from Japan, so I know
they're still out there.

I'm holding on to My Aleph 3 because it's a piece of audio history

...plus it sounds damn good... still!

(and it looks cool)

((and i can't afford the new stuff for another 10 years or so))

They are still great sounding and fully funtional. S.N.'S 5011 and 5012
I'm the original owner. Bought them from Eric (forgot his last name) when I was living out in California 15 years ago. They powered my Apogee Divas back then. Recently My Dunlavy SC-IVa's. Last couple tears they've been dormant as I have gotten into DIY open baffles and low power S.E.T's.
