FYI: Toshiba 2SK1529/2SJ200 reached EOL

When I was asking for quotation, Avnet Singapore told me that Toshiba 2SK1529/2SJ200 are no longer orderable.
It is rather sad as I have never touch a single piece of these.
So for those who like this pair (I know Patrick is one), its time for you to source for it.

As far as I remember, Patrick used 2SK1530 / 2SJ201 in his balanced F5. I've used this devices too. And it seems that this parts are still available, Toshiba only announces EOL for 2SJ200 on their website.

2SK1530 / 2SJ201 are definitely current, as I just ordered a batch.
Are you saying 2SK1529 has not EOL?
I'm not sure of this as I put the request in pair.

this means for me, all MOSFET's listed by post #1 about Audio (Lateral) MOSFET's for Class AB - Overview, P-Spice URL's
should be not used and should avoid for new design's.
For new design only N-Channel MOSFET topology (NVMOS) should be used.
