Ian,
Very nice work. I'm bowled over by the quality construction! May I visit and have a listen, please? Cheers, Hugh |

Hugh,
I will see what we can arrange, but I warn you it may change your perceptions about everything elso you have heard. At the moment I'm watching Alien, the bit right where they trash the android that nearly Kills Ripley. I've never hear it sound so dramatic...I won't sleep tonight. I would suggest the X Aleph creates more than just micro changes in air density...not to mention the colour of my undies. Be afraid......be very afraid. macka

Almost gone full circle here.
With the X Aleph doing a fine job I am keen to quad amp the 4345's, any recommendations, Zen 1--7. Will need to get advice from Mr Pass for the taste testing. I figure 10 watts on the horns will be stacks I must say I prefer the Zen-lightenment , love the look. Might need to re think using Zens exclusively, the power bill could be excessive. Na where's my sense of adventure , winters on the way. No need for warm pussy cats on this diydesk...muhahahah Started building an active crossover, having fun with J fets diy style from the Passdiy opamp article. Ian
