Testing a Mosfet to see if it broken. What do you guys think of this method?
Testing a MosFet I tested some that I pulled from "bad" builds and found some broken and some not for both N-Ch and P-ch FETs. Also tested unused FETs. Used Bad 4- IRFP9140 1- IRFP140N Used Good 3- IRFP140N New Unused 4- IRFP048N (4 out of 4 good) 8- IRFP140A (8 out of 8 good) 4- IRF9610 (4 out of 4 BAD!) The resistance did not move upward.

So is the IRFP9140. Better go back and check them again.
