Default 6mA Idss

Hi Alan,

Are you able to view the spreadsheet? It has 4 BL Idss levels at 6, 7, 8, and 9mA...oh great I can cut and paste! Please shop to your heart's desire what ever is available -bracketed are sold. I also have in the spreadsheet matched pairs of 2sk170 without matched 2sj74 complements but is too long to include. Thanks!

Hi Blues,

I will rely on your expertise to make the selection for me as i have little experience with jfets, what i would like is to make 4 quad matched sets to build an UGS and UP, if i remember correctly, they run at 4mA Idss.

Thank you, much appreciated.

Alan
