Well, I just gave you a schematic for one. You're free to use it if you want to. There are better ways to do this, but if you are attached to the B1 concept, that's fine.

Of course, with this arrangement, neither output can be grounded in the attached equipment, meaning that anything that is connected to this has to have balanced inputs with DC blocking. It will not work with single ended equipment unless you use something like a transformer to convert it.
