Default Advice

Dear All,

Apologies in posting this thread here especially to Papa.
I reckon that most of you here would have more experience
with circuits of this type of design.
I was wondering if anyone have build this circuit. Am alittle
puzzled by the power supply circuit as it uses a P channel device.
Would appreciate if someone coulld kindly advice on the design
