I am fairly tired of matching IRF9610s! Has anyone here tried using dual FETs for this front-end? Fairchild and Zetex both have promising-sounding parts (e.g. NDS9948, ZXMD63). These devices are obviously highly temperature coupled and produced from the same wafer, so they should be matched fairly well.
But, do they sound good? |

I'm only trying to dissipate about 300mW.

See NP's reply to: ...what about using a dual MOSFET, rather than worrying about matching discrete pieces

We use 2SK389's and 2SJ109's a lot, and they work
really well. MCM sells them. |
