30Weff/6Ohms zen amplifier
Hi,
I plan to realize a 30Weff/6Ohms versions of the ZEN amplifier. Do you think that this is still acceptable. Which transistors should I use in this case ? I'm looking for higher power transistors which sound good. I would also try to improve slightly the amplifier by adding a symmetric power supply (no further need of output capacitors but the input one is still needed). What do you think about that? I try to do that on a class AB push pull power amplifier (bipolar transistors) and this was really efficient. |
