Currently used rectifiers in XA series (BYW99W-200 substitute)

In the AlephX tread I read that the BYW99W-200 where used in the XA series. This part has become obsolete. Would you like to share with us which rectifiers are used at present?

A Google search of that part number brings up zilch. Are you sure it is correct?
