Haven't built another yet, its in the works....next one possibly water cooled. Listening to a 20W SOZ with FE127E...an amplifier definitely worthy of building a monstrous chassis for, simply amazing!!
My diy safety rules are as follows (they require some level of "thinking", not enough to break a sweat though): 1.) Keep ALL heat generating apparatus in a metal enclosure. 2.) Never leave the room. 3.) Keep a fire extinguisher within easy reach. 4.) wear safety glasses You can add a dozen more, but if you follow these, you can take down an amp without taking down the house. -john |

I experimented and made a few myself, the one's I bought, are basically an aluminum plate with copper piping clipped into them. 0.0110 C/w @ 1 GPM. I'll post a few pics when I find the cam.

water cooled peltier block - 3A Mini-A, 0.2R Source, 25V rails, 75W diss per device....for starters.
