What's regarded as an acceptable temperature for the resistors in a CCRC PSU? Mine (3 Watt types) are at 51°C right now. Too hot?

What type of resistor? 51°C seems ok, but I would wait for more confirmation. If that is not ok than I need to make some serious adjustments.

They're 3 Watt metaloxide resistors. I have 5 of them wired in parallel, combined resistance is 0.656 ohm. My mini-Aleph idles at ~1.25 A bias current per channel. Railvoltages are 16.6 Volts.

51C for a resistor, is perfectly safe.
