Threshold 800A and other old models: Mospec 2N5876/2N5878 or ON MJ21193/MJ21194 ?

I discover the follow websites from Mospec:

and I note, that there offer the most old Motorola BjT power devices.
So I must ask, what is the better solution for replace:
to choice the Mospec with original type number or the ON successors from Motorola?
Because I haven't the possibility of analyzing the P-spice parameter, I can't find clearly the right answer

It has been my experience that many times those semiconductor places require minimum orders of devices. I don't know this place but I buy high power obsolete MOSFETS used for xenon switching power supplies from one place in China and I have to buy at least 24 pieces each time.

It looks like the On Semi parts will drop right in, and they
have more current and dissipation. I would go for them.
