look at any Papa's FW PSU schematic , then draw bypass across last two electrolytics ; one last in positive leg , one last in negative leg

that brings you more speed and clarity ...... whatever is filtered .
really - that's basic thing - bypass-es are beaten to death , at least here on DiyA . there is also nothing new with using motor-runs as PSU caps (or bypass ones ) - many production made gadgets use them , rebranded (or not) as audiophool grade .

Generally spoken, audiophool grade film caps, are lower quality than industrial standard caps. Many are not even sealed, and most don't have any housing. Making them rather sensitive.
That sort of low standards are usually not accepted in the industrial products. Magura
