What's the voltage supposed to be?

Hi,

Your PDF schematic is very nice, but I have a question about the voltage coming off the external supply...

My supply says +/-20 volts (see picture)...my multimeter says +/-22.25 volts...the schematic says +24/-23 volts...

What's it supposed to be???
