Hello everyone,
Thank you for a really great forum of builders and designers. My thanks especially to Mr Nelson Pass for making this hobby a lot of fun. My A2's have been up and running beautifully for 2 1/2 weeks and been watching the temps very closely. They're averaging 142-147F of various locations of the sinks on both amps w/ambient room of 78F. 6 p240's per 12 1/2"X 9 7/8"X 1.2 fin w/ 5 1/16"backplate X 2 per amp. Am I okay or running alittle too hot? Thank you, Joe

Okay so now I got a better quality thermometer and now I'm getting 132-135F right on the outside directly on the back plate opposite where the fets are mounted. Still kinda hot I guess. I'll get an IR thermometer to see what the case's are cooking. No burning or smell of any kind just really incredible sound.
Joe
